Post Ortho Rehabilitation
While working with your doctor and or physical therapist, my objective as a Post Orthopedic Rehab specialist is to safely transition clients back to a total body fitness program, while avoiding further injury during phases of tissue healing. We will continue to work with your rehabilitation exercises while at the same time transitioning to an overall objective of reaching your established goals.

Exercise progressions and specific rehabilitation techniques to serve clients recovering from hip, knee and shoulder surgery as well as common injuries including sprains and fractures to name but a few. I will safely transition clients back to a total body program, strenthening the body as a whole while also teaching them how to avoid further injury during phases of tissue healing.
